Tomas was incredibly adaptable to our ever-changing circumstances. He assisted in all areas from route planning, pilotage, provisions, customs, clearance, repairs, transport and many other services.
The benefit Tomas has is he has worked in the industry and fully understands the demands of private yachts. I would fully recommend him to any other boats making that trip around the South of America.

We cruised intensively through the Chilean channels of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. We worked with SASYSS for a couple of months. It was good to find that Tomás and his team were always at the end of a phone and perfectly organized all authorities during our various passages through Chile.

All documents and officials were pre-organized and sorted, saving us much time and/or frustration. With other services, such as fuel or finding contractors (even on Christmas day), the team came through in fine form. It was very useful to have Tomás as an ally to successfully barter with the Chilean navy and iron out any wrinkles before we returned to Puerto Williams.

The owners and crew had a magical time in Patagonia Chile. Incredible scenery, glaciers, wildlife, hiking, fishing, and exploring in the tender and on land exceeded our expectations. We could not have accomplished this feat without the knowledge and expertise of Tomas and the staff at SASYSS. They made everything seem easy and were essential in our success!

Ohana sailed around Chile and Patagonia, it has been a great adventure and an unforgettable experience for owners and crew. It took a long time to organize it and to plan it properly; it requires profound knowledge and knowhow by the captain and crew. Even with all the available information collected from books, the internet and documentaries, no adventure will ever be possible without the help of a local agency.
